Welcome to NUK the World!

By using this site, or by participating in NUK the World-branded official channels on any third-party service, you are agreeing to follow these Terms.

  1. NUK The World (the "Service") is provided to You at no charge out of the good will of those who run it (the "Administrators"). In no event will any obligation be created between the Administrators and You except as provided in these Terms in the privacy policy, and by applicable law.
  2. The Administrators reserve the right to suspend, alter, shut down, relocate, or otherwise modify the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, at the Administrators' sole discretion.
  3. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age, if located in the United States, or the minimum age required by law to access interactive online services without the explicit consent of a parent or guardian. False representation of your age shall not constitute a liability of NUK The World under the Childrens' Online Privacy Protection Act of 1996 (COPPA) or applicable laws in Your jurisdiction.
  4. By posting any message or content to the Service, You are granting the Administrators a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display such message or content on the Service's domain names and any other online properties owned, operated or controlled by the Administrators.
  5. Access to the Service is a privilege and not a right. The Administrators may revoke, limit, disable or ban You from accessing the Service at any time, for any reason or none at all. You acknowledge that the Service is privately owned and operated and thus has no obligations pertaining to legal guarantees of freedom of speech or expression as may be defined in Your jurisdiction.
  6. The Administrators may change the Privacy Policy associated with the Service with a 30 day advance notice. All users who have registered with the Service and provided valid contact information (such as an email address) will be notified, to the best of the Administrators' ability, 30 days in advance of any change to the Privacy Policy.
  7. Your access to, and use of, the Service is governed by, and conditional upon, compliance with all rules. Enforcement of the rules is at the sole discretion of the Administrators.
